Carter Scott Pennington

The girl behind HAIR BY CSCOTT. I have always enjoyed doing hair and makeup. Since I was a little girl I have said that I wanted to do something involving hair, makeup or beauty. Thankfully I pursued my dream and started my cosmetology career.  Professionally, I started August of 2017. Since then I have had the pleasure of being a part of many peoples lives over those 7 years. The most rewarding aspect of my job is being able to see the confident boost in my clients after sitting in my chair. I love being present to witness my client so satisfied and loving the new look I had given them.

I offer services in 2 salons one in Milledgeville that I work full-time, the other in Augusta where I work as needed. I also offer my services as travel, so I travel to where ever your heart desires. I was born and raised in Augusta, where I started my career. In 2019 I married and moved to Milledgeville to be with my husband. In February 2024 we welcomed our son Scotty, into the world!  On the weekends if I'm not traveling for work, I like to spend time vacationing anywhere with my family. I can't wait to make your dream look come true!
